We use high-quality birch plywood and other e.g. hexa, poplar plywood for our
kits, ensuring durability, strength, and a professional finish for your van
conversion.
The time to build your kit varies depending on the complexity of your order.
On average, assembly takes between 1–3 days. Basic woodwork tools like
a screwdriver and a drill are recommended for assembly.
Our kits are designed to be user-friendly and can be assembled by anyone
with basic DIY skills. If you’re unsure, we also offer installation assistance.
Kits are shipped directly to your address within Europe. International shipping
is available upon request and may require additional arrangements.
Our standard conversion kit includes all the essential components to
transform your van into a comfortable living space. The kit includes: floor,
bed, kitchen, shower, sitting area, storage space and accessories to build the
kit: screws, hinges, mounting blocks.
Custom kits may include additional features like electrical systems, heating,

The weight of our conversion kit ranges from 200 to 340 kg, depending on the
chosen kit and additional options.
Van Conversion and Installation Questions
Our kits are designed primarily for living and sleeping areas. All kits provide a dedicated space for a shower setup, but they do not include a built-in toilet. You can customize this area to match your needs.
The kit does not include a mattress as standard, but we can arrange one for
you at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your specific
requirements, and we’ll be happy to organize a mattress for your van
conversion.

install your kit, ensuring everything fits perfectly.
Refund and Warranty Questions
These marks are part of the manufacturing process and are typical for
custom-cut plywood. They do not affect the quality or integrity of the kit.
Refunds are available under our return policy, provided the kit is returned in

We ship our kits directly to your specified address. Delivery times may vary

We primarily ship within Europe, but international shipping is available by
